Job Description:
Are you passionate about leveraging cutting-edge technology to drive innovation? Are you an experienced DevOps Engineer seeking an opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment? We are seeking a skilled and dedicated DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic, inclusive and rapidly expanding team in our B2B Generative AI Company. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and maintaining our infrastructure, automating deployment processes, and ensuring smooth operations of our generative AI platform.

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain the infrastructure and systems necessary to support our generative AI platform.

Develop and automate deployment processes to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.

Design and implement scalable solutions to oversee the entire lifecycle of LLMs, from data preprocessing and model training to validation and deployment stages

Enhance the performance, efficiency, and ethical considerations of LLM training processes through ongoing optimization efforts.

Develop and maintain robust data pipelines for efficient management of large-scale datasets used in LLM training, while adhering to data privacy laws and regulations.

Assess and incorporate emerging AI technologies to bolster the effectiveness of LLM training procedures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance, scalability, and security of our infrastructure.

Monitor system health and proactively identify and resolve issues.

Continuously improve development and deployment processes through automation and tooling.

Implement best practices for configuration management, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.

Contribute to the planning and execution of disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or a similar role.

Demonstrable expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other machine learning libraries.

Strong background in Natural Language Processing and practical experience with Large Language Models.

Knowledge of AI model training and data manipulation methodologies.

Up-to-date understanding of the legal and compliance landscape of AI.

Hands-on experience with AI system security protocols.

Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Ruby, or Bash.

Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and associated tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.

Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.

Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
